Bahram Forouhi

Bahram Forouhi

Bahram started his professional life as a Structural Engineer in 1987. After extensive studies in anatomy and physiology and time spent as a semi-pro soccer player, Bahram started a new career in the fitness industry in 1997 training a variety of clients ranging from athletes to clients with weight loss goals. His engineering background has enabled Bahram to analyze human movement and design exercises to help strengthen the muscular skeletal structure and improve balance and flexibility.

Bahram started Body Dynamics, Inc. in April of 2000. “Following my passion for fitness and sports, I wanted to utilize my education in engineering and physiology to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. My focus with clients is to design exercises that provide the maximum benefit and minimum risk.”

Bahram has received his degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University. He also has completed extensive course study in anatomy and physiology and continues to stay current in the area of biomechanics. Most recently Bahram has been studying the human nervous system and the effects of force on the nervous system through MyoTopia. Bahram is a certified Resistance Training Specialist (RTS), as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Bahram has also completed classes on the nervous system (FNS1 and FNS2).

Kurt Herrmann

Kurt Herrmann

Kurt started his professional career at Body Dynamics in 2011. He received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Elmhurst College in 2011. With a strong background in Human Anatomy and Exercise Physiology, he began his personal training career in 2011. Kurt is certified through ACE-American Consul in Exercise.

Maria Rigo

Maria Rigo

Maria began her career in fitness in 2001. A life-long lover of movement, health and helping people, it seemed a natural progression to become a certified Personal Trainer. It was Pilates that changed her own body and then those of her clients. She began studying STOTT Pilates in 2006 and became a Level 2 Instructor in 2011. Maria believes in building a strong foundation, learning proper biomechanics and gaining flexibility through joint range of motion.

In 2012 she was introduced to The MELT Method which helps people get and stay out of pain by tapping into the Connective Tissue and Nervous Systems.

Maria is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, 5TQTfr Pilates and The MELT Method.

Patrick Cruise

Patrick has been a professional in the fitness industry since 1977. Patrick started his career as a Fitness Instructor and Assistant Manager. For the last 28 years, Patrick has been working as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Director, and Fitness Operations Director. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health from Western Michigan University. He has been certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. “I sincerely enjoy working with clients in an enthusiastic, friendly manner. My training philosophy combines developing challenging programs that are personalized to each client’s  needs while having fun working their goals.
