Bahram started his professional life as a Structural Engineer in 1987. After extensive studies in anatomy and physiology and time spent as a semi-pro soccer player, Bahram started a new career in the fitness industry in 1997 training a variety of clients ranging from athletes to clients with weight loss goals. His engineering background has enabled Bahram to analyze human movement and design exercises to help strengthen the muscular skeletal structure and improve balance and flexibility.
Bahram started Body Dynamics, Inc. in April of 2000. “Following my passion for fitness and sports, I wanted to utilize my education in engineering and physiology to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. My focus with clients is to design exercises that provide the maximum benefit and minimum risk.”
Bahram has received his degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University. He also has completed extensive course study in anatomy and physiology and continues to stay current in the area of biomechanics. Most recently Bahram has been studying the human nervous system and the effects of force on the nervous system through MyoTopia. Bahram is a certified Resistance Training Specialist (RTS), as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
